The daily valet rate for patients and visitors is $9.00 with validation and $20.00 without validation. Valet parking is available at Bascom Palmer in Miami, Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m.
Parking Information Patient ParkingFree patient self-parking is available at the Bascom Palmer patient and visitors parking lot located at the northeast corner of NW 17th Street and NW 9th Avenue. Research activities have been initiated to enhance the collaborative environment for this multidisciplinary group. We have extended our mission as an umbrella organization uniting all eye and vision researchers at University of Miami and neighboring academic institutions. Our multidisciplinary research program covers a broad spectrum, from the most basic investigations into the nature of molecules, cells and tissues, all the way to the development of devices for clinical application. Some current areas of clinical research directly addressing patient care include macular degeneration, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, artificial cornea development and ocular cancer.
